By accessing or using our platform in any way—including viewing the website, making a donation, or creating a campaign—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
CharityDrive acts strictly as a technology provider. We supply the software infrastructure that allows campaign organizers to connect with donors. CharityDrive does not handle, hold, intermediate, or touch any funds at any time. We merely provide the interface that connects a donor's payment securely and directly to the independent merchant account established by the campaign organizer.
Because CharityDrive is solely a software conduit, by using this Service, you explicitly agree to hold CharityDrive, its owners, and its operators entirely harmless from any and all claims, disputes, liabilities, damages, or losses. We do not independently verify, endorse, or guarantee the legitimacy, tax-exempt status, or intended use of funds of any campaign. All donations are made entirely at the donor's own risk.
No Refunds or Intermediation: CharityDrive cannot and will not process refunds, mediate disputes, or reverse transactions under any circumstances. Because funds bypass our systems completely and are deposited instantly into the campaign's merchant account, all refund requests or disputes must be directed exclusively to the beneficiary organization.
If you register for an account (as a Campaign Manager or Ambassador), you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CharityDrive and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
